Just a word of caution on gear choices. The EJ guys pretty much assume that you're going to have 2x Solace Trinkets, an ideal replenishment setup, and enough DPS to kill most bosses in 5-6 minutes. This is pretty unrealistic for most people outside of the most hardcore raiding guilds.

That being said, it's not a bad idea to pick up some additional Mp5 pieces for longer fights. I find that this helps me not go OOM in certain situations. Beasts of Northrend (esp Heroic) and Marrowgar are a cpl examples where this has helped.
